It's official, Cormac at 2 1/2 is the youngest one to use the phrase "NOT FAIR". He doesn't always use it in the correct context. He only knows you say it when your mad. "Not fair" got thrown around when I walked down the stairs too fast, when we took the red car instead of the silver car and when the cat bit him. He also won't cop to a poopy diaper. If I ask him if he's got a poopy diaper, he will instead tell me everything else he's got. "Do you have a poopy diaper?" "Mook Mook got car." "Mook Mook got book." you get the picture.
Piper is reading. It's sloooooooow and she sometimes gets stuck in the sounding out part (SSSSS AAAAA MMMMM, SSSSSS AAAAAA MMMMM, SSSSSSS AAAAAAAA MMMMMMM) so sometimes I have to tell her to just say the word. She is super proud of herself and tells everyone she can read just like Con.
Con corrected my definition of a comet. We looked it up on line and darn it, he was right and I was wrong. I see more of that to come.
